We make it easy for you to store all the best ideas in one place. To get started is super easy. Do your travel research as usual, but each time you locate a good idea, paste the link into Lentii and the description, price, and photo will be saved to a trip-list automatically. 

Much like Pinterest, our intelligent software can store content from any website. Save and share inspiration and ideas with your travel companions, and agree much quicker on what you want to rent, buy or experience during the trip. Travel planning has never been easier!

Lentii is 100% free to use. Using Lentii to save and coordinate travel ideas is an ideal way to make sure that only the best ideas are selected for the trip. Thus, ensuring that you get the most value for your money.

There are three different ways to save ideas on Lentii the quickest is to either install our chrome extension “Ideabutton” or use the top burger menu  which is available in the top bar. 

The third option is to add an idea inside the interface of a trip-list.

Below, a step-by-step guide to saving ideas, is listed: 

(Fastest) Save ideas though the Ideabutton, when installed:

First of all, you need to go and explore the internet for some fantastic inspiration for travel ideas:

1. Then, all you need to do is to click on the Ideabutton, which is located beside the top link bar inside your Chrome browser
   
   
2. Now the link will be scanned by our intelligent software, and a popup will appear with different pictures for you to choose and add to the idea
3. Select the best pictures and review the input text and select a trip-list to add the idea to
4. Vola, your idea has just been saved to Lentii

(Fast) Save ideas though the top menu:

First of all, you need to go and explore the internet for some fantastic inspiration for travel ideas:

1. Then you have to copy the link from the website. Press ctrl+c on Windows and cmd+c on Mac PC’s 
2. Now paste that link into the menu called “add idea-link” inside the menubar, click on the “add idea-link” text and press ctrl+v on Windows and cmd+v on Mac PC’s
   
3.  Now the link will be scanned by our intelligent software, and a popup will appear with different pictures for you to choose and add to the idea

Lentii is built on intelligent software. When you enter a link for an idea on Lentii, no matter the source of the link, our technology will be able to retrieve information about the link and save in inside your trip-list. 

That is the unique functionality of Lentii. It is the world’s first solution to help you with your travel planning across any website and category.

Back in November 2018, the founders were working very hard on a fantastic sharing economy search engine. This platform would make it easy for people to find travel ideas across several platforms at once. We had already come a long way with the development and wanted to make it easy for our users to save the ideas onto the platform. 

That’s when the developer and Co-Founder Mathais Ovdal suggested that we used some ideas from the software he had developed for PostNord (The biggest Scandinavian postal agency). They had created a service called “Ønskeskyen” (Wish Cloud). This service made it easy for people to save wishes that they might come across in a straightforward location and share it with the ones that could wind up buying the package. It was a simple service that used what is called a “webcrawler” to copy some information from any website when someone gives it a link, much like Pinterest.  

That got us thinking about the way people conduct travel planning. It is very often a tedious task that most people do not find entertaining. Whether it is finding a place to save all your different ideas and offers for the trip. Or merely finding something that everyone can agree on, with communication going back and forth in long chat threads. We thought to ourselves: 

“Why isn’t there a solution to make travel planning a bit less tiresome? Why is the simple task of saving ideas such a hassle?”

That is what got us started with our grand mission of making travel planning fun and easy for everyone!
